In our current health world, there are usually a few options a person can take to achieve their fitness goals. There is a big difference in how everyone’s workout can look, from individual training to group classes.

If you've ever been to a personal trainer, you've probably experienced a one-on-one environment where the trainer will only focus on you for an hour or so. This type of training has been practiced worldwide for decades. Everyone has an individual plan, the dedicated attention of a certified trainer and the space to run their program. Semi private personal training is very beneficial for most of the people. But it has some drawbacks. First, the schedule may be limited to the trainer's deadline. Not offering the ideal or chosen time can be a huge disappointment. Second, training takes place in a facility with other gym members, who move away from the “private” nature to promote training. In the end, the cost. Paying between an average of 50-60 per hour is incredibly expensive. 3 visits per week for a month, in addition to a gym membership for the most part, add to the 600 per month fee!

Group health classes provide a different approach. They are full of people. Energy is the highest and for most people it feels excellent in addition to something exciting. If you don’t communicate with the people around you, you feel that sense of community. During class, a ton is practiced and most of them sweat from their heart rate racing, feeling good. Also, the cost of a Personal gym trainer is very low. The disadvantage of this is that there is no personal instruction. Mostly, a teacher encourages constant movement in the classroom, whether the movement is good or not. Also, class sizes can be intimidating for some. If it is in a limited space, many people find it claustrophobic.

Semi private personal training classes on the other hand meets the benefits of both private training, one-on-one individual training and group fitness class. So, what is it

1.Each person receives their own individual training program. This allows everyone to start where they are and progress as appropriate.

2.Each person works in a small, semi-private personal training, usually between 6-8 people per session. This amount allows for a sense of community, while not packing a facility for something to feel.

3.Each person receives the direction of an individual trainer for each training session. Every client can feel comfortable that they will get the instruction they need, while it is a feeling that ‘it is not strange that‘s every person observes me every time ’.

4.The group has the opportunity to interact and communicate, which leads to greater understanding of the camaraderie and increased goal achievement.

5.Learning from more than one person. Interaction between members can help develop each other and learn from different perspectives, not just through the instructor.

6.Per hour price is much different than paying AUD 50-60 per hour!

In Fighting Fit, we provide all three types of training. Most of our clients work in semi private personal training form to maximize results while keeping their investment level lower than others.
